Frederick Regnery Receives NAIOP 2008 Developing Leaders Award
Award recipients will be honored at development ’08: the annual meeting for commercial real estate in Las Vegas

Chicago, Ill. – Frederick Regnery has been named as one of the recipients of the 2008 Developing Leaders Award, presented by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Developing Leader Frederick Regnery is the vice president with Colliers, Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. in Chicago, Ill., where in 2007 he received two awards for his exceptional performance; the Everest Trip, the premier designation for top producers, and the Emerging Broker Award, which is given annually to one employee who has worked with the company for less than five years.  In 2008, he was named as one of Real Estate Forum’s “Tomorrow’s Newsmakers.”  Regnery is also a leader in NAIOP’s Chicago Chapter and acts as the Developing Leaders Chair, assisting with planning initiatives and events for the chapter’s Developing Leaders. In addition, he is active with community outreach programs for Old St. Patrick’s Church in Chicago
This year, the Developing Leaders Award was bestowed upon 17 up-and-coming professionals who have distinguished themselves in their profession and show great promise as future leaders of the commercial real estate industry.
In an effort to engage and encourage up-and-coming young commercial real estate professionals, NAIOP's Diversity Task Force established the award in 2006. The honor was designed to engage tomorrow's leaders and connect them with NAIOP's increasing education and benefits available to new and developing professionals.
