Jack H. Rosenberg, principal; and Frederick L. Regnery, senior vice president, both with the Industrial Services Group of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. represented LG Electronics USA Inc. in a 408,966-square-foot renewal / extension at Park 55, 875 Crossroads Parkway, Romeoville, Ill.
875 Crossroads Parkway is a 528,218-square-foot building constructed and owned by Duke Realty Corporation in 2005. The fully-leased building features 30' ceiling height, 68 exterior docks, and ESFR sprinklers. The space leased by LG Electronics includes 3,200 square feet of office area. The building serves as the company's Midwest distribution center.
LG Electronics USA Inc., based in Englewood Cliffs, N.J., is the North American subsidiary of LG Electronics, Inc., a $35 billion global force and technology leader in home appliances, consumer electronics, mobile communications, business solutions and air conditioning.
